Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, have excellent customer service skills, computer skills (including typing and 10-key), cash handling skills (including accurate processing of transactions, balancing and working deposits), multi-talking skills, as well as meet other qualifications listed in the position description. Applicants also must have earned the following National Career Readiness Certification levels:
Level 3 or Bronze – Applied Mathematics
Level 4 or Silver – Locating Information
Level 4 or Silver – Reading for Information
American Job Center locations in Tennessee and the Kentucky Adult Education Centers offer NCRC testing.
